Comic Con San Diego 2016 will feature panel on Independent Filmmaking for Low-Budget Features and Web Series hosted by Christopher Ray and Gerald Webb on July 21st. The Deinstitutionalized partners will share their collective wisdom on how to independently produce your indie project with a low budget. Director James Cullen Breesack will join the panel as a special guest.
