Stan Lee’s Los Angeles Comic Con 2016 will feature panel on Independent Filmmaking for Low-Budget Features and Web Series hosted by DeInstitutionalized’s Christopher Ray and Gerald Webb as well as James Cullen Breesack from 10:30am to 11:50am on Sunday, October 30th at the L.A. Convention Center (Room 410). The trio will share their collective wisdom on how to produce your indie project with a low budget.
